They came into my life like a punch through silence. Three chords, no solos, zero apologies. Not louder than others, just more honest. That raw sound hit where polished music couldn't.

Nothing about them was pretty. Not the faces, not the pasts, not the endings. Still, they moved like one soul—angry, awkward, desperate to matter. That truth reached deeper than technique.

Each member carried damage like an extra instrument. One numb with drugs, another locked inside his head. And one who never forgave—yet refused to betray the music they made together.

Respect lasted longer than affection. No words shared, but no stages abandoned. Somehow, the songs kept them aligned. That tension gave their music a spine few bands ever touched.

Most bands make noise. The Ramones made meaning. Not through lyrics, but through stubborn existence. They didn’t fix the world. They taught me how to stand in it—loud, flawed, and free.
