Hive music festival Week 135 Round 3 | Cover "Cuando se ama"

Llegamos al final de este ciclo y vaya que me costó mantener mi deseo inicial que era dedicar las 3 rondas a la artista Laura Pausini. Me llevo un aprendizaje enorme y aún más admiración por la calidad vocal de esta mujer, sus canciones son sumamente interesantes a nivel musical y gracias a Dios conté con la ayuda de mi esposo para poder aprenderme sus canciones, aunque las primeras dos rondas logré tocar el teclado en esta no se me hizo posible, sin embargo logré adaptar la canción a mi tono, pero mi esposo me tuvo que ayudar a cantar las estrofas por lo grave que me quedaba.

Siempre debemos estar cómodos al cantar una canción porque si se siente forzada eso nos indica que el tono no es el adecuado y me pasó con esta canción y decidí ser sensata y compartirla con mi esposo y no esta mal, cada voz es un mundo y todos tenemos el deber de cuidarla y explorarla para saber cómo sacarle provecho, quizás necesite más tiempo de práctica y vocalización para llegarle a las notas, o probablemente entender que no es mi registro vocal y listo.

La música es maravillosa y cada canción que interpretó es una oportunidad de crecer y ver cómo adaptar una canción difícil a mi terreno, con variaciones melódicas, cambios de tonos, para mí es un momento creativo que me hace crecer y me siento orgullosa de eso.

Agradezco a mi esposo que se comprometió estás tres semanas conmigo para presentarles estás hermosas canciones, sin duda una experiencia muy enriquecedora y divertida.

We reached the end of this cycle and it was hard for me to keep my initial desire which was to dedicate the 3 rounds to the artist Laura Pausini. I take with me a huge learning and even more admiration for the vocal quality of this woman, her songs are extremely interesting musically and thank God I had the help of my husband to learn her songs, although the first two rounds I managed to play the keyboard in this one was not possible, however I managed to adapt the song to my tone, but my husband had to help me sing the verses because of how low I was.

We should always be comfortable when singing a song because if it feels forced that tells us that the tone is not right and it happened to me with this song and I decided to be sensible and share it with my husband and it is not wrong, each voice is a world and we all have the duty to take care of it and explore it to know how to take advantage of it, maybe I need more practice time and vocalization to get to the notes, or probably understand that it is not my vocal register and that's it.

The music is wonderful and every song I perform is an opportunity to grow and see how to adapt a difficult song to my terrain, with melodic variations, pitch changes, for me it is a creative moment that makes me grow and I am proud of that.

I thank my husband who committed these three weeks with me to present these beautiful songs, undoubtedly a very enriching and fun experience.
