¡Hola a todos! Disculpen el reverb tan exagerado que se escucha en la grabación, pero la casa está completamente vacía y es algo totalmente natural, así que el sonido se dispersa de una manera un poco salvaje.

Hoy quería compartir con ustedes algo que me sorprendió. Una canción nueva de Hayley Williams se me atravesó en mi playlist de YouTube de manera aleatoria, y de inmediato capturó mi atención. Lo que más me pareció curioso es que la voz está notablemente pitcheada, una técnica que yo mismo solía experimentar hace muchos años atrás, allá en los lejanos días de Steemit, cuando exploraba todas las posibilidades de producción musical que tenía a mi alcance.

Es realmente curioso cómo los artistas, sin importar su nivel de fama, estamos siempre en una búsqueda constante, experimentando con nuevos sonidos e ideas. Este pequeño detalle en la canción de Hayley me hizo reflexionar profundamente. La verdad es que siempre intento estar en constante crecimiento y evolución artística, pero hay épocas en las que, como a muchos nos pasa, siento que pierdo un poco esa chispa creativa que siempre quiero tener y que lucho por recuperar cada día.

Con esa motivación, y casi por impulso, empecé a practicar esta misma canción en la guitarra. Para ajustarla a mi registro, la toco tres medios tonos abajo y sin usar el capotraste. Este fue el resultado final: le grabé segundas voces para darle más cuerpo, todo hecho en BandLab, y además le agregué un arpegiador de piano en los coros para darle esa atmósfera especial que sentía que necesitaba.

Un agradecimiento enorme a las comunidades que siempre apoyan, especialmente a @threespeak, @musiczone, y a todos los demás que hacen posible compartir estas creaciones. ¡También a la familia de @lacolmena! Espero que les guste este pequeño experimento lleno de nostalgia y nuevas ideas.

Hey everyone, apologies for the exaggerated reverb you might hear on this recording, but the house is completely empty and it's a natural effect, so the sound just echoes everywhere in a pretty wild way.

I wanted to share something that really struck me today. A new song by Hayley Williams came on randomly in my YouTube playlist and immediately caught my attention. What I found most curious was that the vocals are noticeably pitched, a technique I used to experiment with myself many years ago back in the Steemit days, when I was exploring all the music production possibilities I had at my disposal.

It's funny how artists, no matter their level of fame, are always on a constant quest, experimenting with new sounds and ideas. This small detail in Hayley's song really made me think. The truth is, I always try to be in a state of constant growth and artistic evolution, but there are times when, as happens to many of us, I feel I lose a bit of that creative spark that I always want to have and that I fight to recover every day.

Inspired by that, almost on impulse, I started practicing this same song on the guitar. To adjust it to my vocal range, I'm playing it three half-steps down and without a capo. This was the final result: I recorded harmony vocals to give it more body (all done in BandLab), and I also added a piano arpeggiator in the choruses to give it that special atmosphere I felt it needed.
