Dear Reader, As I wrote Yesterday in Part I, it´s been a while since I wrote you a personal story with a soundtrack. The fact that I am back means there are milestones to talk about.

Personal Story With A Soundtrack - A New Adventure - Part 1

I told you how after fourteen years of silence, I finally finished what I started.

It started with a little seed,
A wish to write a book,
An idea, a memory.

I thought I remembered,
Thought I´d been there before.
Knew that crazy living,
Knew what I did it for.

Hence I traveled back in time,
back through layers of my mind.
closed so I could not find,
what I had known before.

Reached the story hidden well,
A story that I could now tell,
To nobody that was listening.

Isn´t It Ironic

Isn´t it ironic, I put in hours of work, I wasted a little lifetime, writing a story no one reads?

I will let you in on a little secret Dear Reader, I was told I would write a best seller. For those who read all my Personal Stories with a Soundtrack, I was told many things and most of those things actually played out exactly as I was told, but not as I imagined.

Hence, I expect to write a bestseller or at least a book that sells. These days fewer people read, so it might be that the movie rights sell while no one reads it, but anyway it´s just to set my expectations.

Guess what, fourteen years are gone forever, and not one single sale! But by blogging it I at least made enough to pay for printing the first 10 copies.

Or that was what I thought.

That now that my book was translated I would share some copies sit back and let the money roll in.

Of course, not. I am not as dumb as some of my characters.

Although I was looking forward to the finally sitting back part. It´s been a ride this last year, but now that it was done so was I.
I was ready to close this chapter and end this never-ending saga.

I should have known because I wrote it myself, fourteen years ago:

When one book closes, a new book opens.

Eat My Words

I literary wrote myself a note fourteen years ago.
I told me and then I forgot that I said:

“Tomorrow I will continue to tell you about 'The Long Road Back to Once'."

It´s right there in the pre-last paragraph.
I told us so Dear Reader, in Dutch, on A Spanish bat-filled attic that there would be a sequel.

I told us, then life happened and I forgot about it.

Back To The Best Seller

That happens so often, that life thing. It pocks you up and throws you down in a completely different place and it takes years for you to find yourself once again.
And then when I finally met myself again and I thought I was almost done it happened:

I was writing the translation, I completed over one hundred chapters, when out of the blue and all of a sudden I realized.

This whole book, this whole multi-media multi-translated story, and everything I have written since was all done in order to prepare myself for the next chapter.

The next book, the one that will be a best seller.

When It´s Seen

When it´s seen it can never be unseen, but you keep wondering why you never saw it in the first place.

It was right in front of me.
On the screen.
Book One.

This first book was all about discovering the characters and the world they live in. To learn about, and to see into their world and mind. Seeing through adventures, on a never-ending journey that ended up changing the world.

It was as if someone held up a mirror, and I finally saw what was beyond the looking glass.

Book Two - Beyond The Looking Glass - Words of the Unseen

You wouldn´t believe me if I told you Dear Reader.
I knew I had to write this post before starting the new book.
It needs closure is what I heard... The book needs closure so the other one opens.
This post is closure, and it opens my mind at the same time.

I had a working title, not that I care about titles...I mean what kind of title is;

Beyond Doubt: Whispers of the Unseen

But it covered the load, it says that led by trust and whispers life takes you on a journey.

But Book Two will be way weirder I mean; Through the Looking Glass is a metaphorical expression. Meaning on the strange side of things, a strange parallel world? But book two will be parallel, but the world will not, or maybe it is? That all depends on your perception of time, Dear Reader.

Did I Explain why I used the overly-used OMG acronym?
I don´t think so.

Well, simple. I did not know I was gonna do the Alice in Wonderland parallel thing when I started part one. It just came to me....out of seemingly nowhere.

Yeah right!

It Did, It Really Did.

But as you know nothing happens for no reason and I figured out my own clues.

I was meant to find the title for book two while writing this closure peace. And I did, and you saw it.

What do you mean you did not see it?

It says it right there Book Two - Beyond The Looking Glass - Words of the Unseen

The Clues

Through The Looking Glass is about a parallel world.
In Beyond The Looking Glass one of the two protagonists who are actually the same character is going down a rabbit hole, but not ending up on the other side.

Our eyes will meet at last through the looking glass.

It all makes sense, I am not dreaming, nor am I lying.

This is how THE book is born

I needed to go on a fourteen-year journey just to be ready for part two, now we all know the sequel is normally not even coming close to the original. But this is beyond the looking glass, things are upside down in the real world.

The original Part One was a failed not-so-masterpiece, the sequel will be like The Matrix but within our own reality.

Let Me Be A Little T(ease)

Book two will be about how those characters living in Asia around 800 AD will change my world.

Yes, Dear Reader, they had to go on that initial 135-chapter adventure just to get ready to change my world and your world.

This will not be just another fantasy story, this will be mixing the classic with the modern like I tried to do in words before.

This time I will need to do it four-dimensional, in words and time.

A four-dimensional multi-media experience in the present tense, all free to read, and written to warp your mind in ways that make sense while you keep telling yourself it can not be true.

I am so looking forward to creating my Piece The Resistance that I did not know I had in me....until I got in the shower.

Not sure about you, but my best ideas come in the shower, or maybe it´s where I hear the voices the loudest.

Do not think about where it will take us.
Take my hand and I will lead the way.
Follow me on a crazier journey than Alice ever had.

We will go beyond off with their heads because had that heads thingy already in the first book.
