Popsa - Russian Music genre for Dance Weekend

Even the country has no good repuation these days around the world we should not forget the people and good things they do still. Techno music and Russian dance techno, the so-called "Popsa", is omnipresent in the environment of discotheques (however not sure if the sounds I found are really fitting in this genre), on the Internet, radio and at events. The duo t.A.T.u. and the singer Valeriya have been particularly successful internationally. Typical for Popsa productions is the country-typical synthesis of internationally common disco music elements (dominating rhythm, samples, vocals) and elements from the Russian music culture.

Do we still have a lot users here on Hive from russia? I do hope so - the war is shit but this should not lead us to see Russians as enemies, there are only a few idiots.
