Saludos comunidad de Hive y Vibes, seguimos avanzando en esta semana con una nueva composicion musical, en esta ocacion quise componer de manera espontanea esta nueva cancion, hacer las bases armonicas y ritmicas siempre es un reto, ya que la melodia depende totalmente de ella.

La construcion de la base musical me lleva sin duda un tiempo importante, y hacer las melodias aun mas, estructurar y ordenar ideas son cosas muy complejas que me lleva horas o dias si no estoy lo suficientemente inspirado, sin embargo solo en esta ocasion quise probar algo distinto, lo cual es recrear una melodia con estructura en una sola grabacion, asi que basicamente estan viviendo la experiencia conmigo de varias ideas aproximadas en una estructura harmonica y ritmica.

A pesar que la melodia tiene un 60% de estructura hay un porcentaje muy importante de experimentación, la verdad disfruto mucho esta parte porque a pesar que tengo una estructura de candencia de acordes me permito ir a explorar melodias con motivos y frases repetitivas con el objetivo de que pueda brindar una experiencia emocional, y "Run that Melody" tiene bastante que compartir.

En cuanto al proceso de esta pista en la que trabaje, queria compartirles que esta pista es 100% de mi autoria, algunas personas me han escrito al discord que donde consigo los Stems, pistas o backingtrack, algunos incluso por discord me han comentado a manera de critica de mis publicaciones en vibes que deberia publicar de donde saco las pistas, la verdad me parece un poco ofensivo, sin embargo me siento privilegiado de poder construir mi propio material desde la primera nota, es decir desde el principio, grabo el bajo, la guitarra, y la bateria la programo poco a poco en una bateria midi.

Greetings Hive and Vibes community, we're moving forward this week with a new musical composition! This time, I wanted to spontaneously compose this new song. Creating the harmonic and rhythmic foundations is always a challenge, as the melody totally depends on them.

Building the musical base definitely takes me a significant amount of time, and making the melodies even longer. Structuring and organizing ideas are very complex things that can take me hours or days if I'm not inspired enough. However, this time I just wanted to try something different, which is to recreate a melody with structure in a single recording. So, you're basically experiencing with me several approximate ideas within a harmonic and rhythmic structure.

Even though the melody has 60% structure, there's a very important percentage of experimentation. I honestly really enjoy this part because, despite having a chord cadence structure, I allow myself to explore melodies with motifs and repetitive phrases with the goal of providing an emotional experience, and "Run that Melody" has a lot to share.

Regarding the process of this track I worked on, I wanted to share that this track is 100% my own. Some people have written to me on Discord asking where I get the stems, tracks, or backing tracks. Some have even commented on Discord, as a critique of my Vibes posts, that I should publish where I get the tracks from. Honestly, I find it a bit offensive. However, I feel privileged to be able to build my own material from the very first note, meaning from scratch. I record the bass, the guitar, and I program the drums little by little on a MIDI drum kit.
