I also really enjoy these conversations, when you can get your work people out of work mode and have those genuine interactions outside of the workplace (and a little alcohol never hurts).

When we are out of usual context, our mindset changes and our thoughts shift into other topics. It is freeing!

I guess in Arizona, there isn't a big difference in light?

Here where I am, the change is massive. midsummer there is about 19 hours of sun above the horizon - in mid winter, about 5 hours of it above :)
