Later I went to lots of gigs when I lived in Germany, mostly minor bands I didn't know. Most famous was probably Wilko Johnson. Such gigs and the Poly ones were cheap, so no big deal.

Sound like it was a good buy for you. The sounds are quite 'organic'. I've little idea about different types of synthesis. I expect it takes a while to figure out a new instrument. Have fun! !BEER

That looks like a mic you would get with an old tape recorder, so it will be designed to record talking and not much else. I guess it has a similar response to a telephone mic.…

We'll be there in 3 weeks for a couple of days. Also going to Leipzig before meeting family in Magdeburg for Easter. I've not seen too much of eastern Germany.
