So Why Do People Love Money? - Inspired by this song - As long as you love me by Justin Bieber

Once again guys, I'm back with another blog inspired by those tunes I've been listening to of late.

I'm starting to think my taste for music is changing a bit this week to favor more of the decade old songs than the recent ones.

As I shared in my previous blog, I usually listen to music on my way to work to get me into the work vibe.

Yesterday I came across an old but not so much of an old song made by Justin Bieber. The song is titled "As Long as you love me" and as you may already know if you've been following my blogs, I pay close attention to the lyrics of any song because it's usually the lyrics that holds the inspiration.

The song talked about how love is more valuable than anything. Justin said in the lyrics "As long as You love me, We could be starving, we could be homeless and we could be broke"

What he tried to mean was that as long as he's got the love of his life, he's ok and it's just enough for him.

If I ask how many of us will agree to that, trust me guys you're going to have a lot of Competitive opinions in the comments section so I won't ask😂.

However the lyrics of the song made me think about something, why do most people love money so much.

To be honest, I'm definitely amongst those that love and desire to be rich. As I asked myself this question, I realized that it's really not about the money. It's actually about what the money brings to our lives.

Now I'm not going to defend people that usually get filled with greed though but I think it's fair to say people love money because of what it does or can do for them.

It comes with respect, acknowledgement, an easier life and access to most of the things we dream of.

However it's a really sad thing when people get consumed by that desire and they neglect some of the best things in life that money certainly can't buy; love and relationship.

Money cannot buy you a partner that honestly loves you or a sibling that you are related to by blood.

In our quest for money because of what it can do for us, I believe it's necessary to try not to neglect the other important things in life which are the people that make our world as beautiful as it is.

This song by Justin is quite a passionate one because most people actually breakup with others because of financial issues.

In his song, he said he still wouldn't bother if he's broke or starving as long as the love of his life loves him. That's not what we see happening in most relationships nowadays is it?

People look into pockets before deciding to go into a relationship and although I wouldn't judge that, I believe the premise for a relationship should be more than just money.

Well this was a rather brief one but I hope it goes a long way to help someone and inspire someone to cherish the other things in life either than money.

Yes money is good and let's be honest we only love money because of what it would do for us.

You don't see people piling stacks of cash in their bedroom and just staring at it right. The moment they get money, they use it.

Money is meant to be used to solve problems and make life better for us.

As long as there's love amongst us, there's hope guys.
