If you're enjoying even the slightly less desirable/enjoyable aspects of it then all well and good, otherwise maybe consider hiring someone to cover the bits that you find harder/don't enjoy as much XD If you have the budget for it of course. It was one of the things that ended up making me quit my business way back when (I hated the business side of running the business so much I ended up just dreading anything at all to do with the business and then neitehr of us wanted to go all in with it which was the other thing that we had to do).

It sounds like everything is going awesome :D

The budget is the most critical part... lots of arts organisations end up being completely unsustainable due to that. I just read one very slick looking group saying that they need donations to stay afloat as their ticket sales cover only 15 percent of their expenses! Just for contrast, we have been deliberately running our ensemble differently, and ticket sales and contracts make up 85 percent of our expenses!

... and part of that is doing all of this ourselves... it is a lot of work, but really satisfying when it is your own passion project! And this time, we did manage to pay ourselves a bit for all of that org work!
