RE: Three Tune Tuesday - Songs in the key of one take wonder videos

I generally love music videos for no other reason than it interests me to see what interpretation they have of their own music XD

Though I know plenty of people who hate visuals in both music and books because they're convinced that it's actively preventing people (or at least themselves and whoever's around them) from using their own powers of imagination and completely disregarding that it's allowing other people to excercise/extend theirs.

But then again I know a lot more who seem to hate music and books without accompanying visuals (though I guess they're technically just series/movies in the case of books XD) because they're too damn lazy to read (literally too lazy/the world's most pathetic attention span, I have some sympathy for people with dyslexia/that audio processing nonsense that I have etc).

I'm kinda feeling old now xD

I love it as an art form because there is a lot of freedom and it is interesting to see how the song is interpreted.

In my work as a sculptor, I usually hate being asked to make art about another person's art. But, I try to use it as just an inspiration to make something inspired by it and not to add icing to the cake that is already there.

Different things are best expressed in certain art forms and if I was a dancer I would probably have different things to say.

This opens a very philosophical discussion.

I recently saw this and maybe you will enjoy it. It's about the creative process.
