Sorry to hear about the end of an era for you. There are a few places in my error that used to put on shows for lots of bands to play at near me, and just about all of them have shut down and been demolished. It's a very sad thing to see.

last few years we had the same. few decent places closing. at the moment this was kinda the last resort of live music. hope it is just a chapter one.
