Ah, life's ups and downs.

So I fell asleep while feeling my breath to the sound of a grinder.

Well done. I didn't sleep last night and it was quiet! I remember being in India once and they were angle grinding til 2 am. I was crying because I hadn't slept because of India's noise for weeks.

And yes, live music trumps everything. It can make you understand or love a band you didn't get before.
