Love is the strongest feeling of acceptance between two people, the word acceptance also means tolerating what shouldn't be tolerated from a person and also admiring their flaws, i believe this is the reason why they say that love is blind. It is blind because you don't see the bad sides of your partner the way other people sees them, you obviously admire the good and the bad side of them for no good reason.

It hurts me a lot when i hear people say that love is scam or the usual sentence "las las everybody go chop breakfast" which translates that no matter how genuine your relationship is, there must be a breakup in the end. This is very sad but relatively true because of what some people have been through in their past relationships that had painted a bug in their minds against the culture of falling in love as the result would always be a heartbreak in the end.

What I learnt from my first love experience(relationship).

MY FIRST LOVE AND HEARTBREAK

There is no perfect word to explain my first love experience other than calling it a bed of roses, it was a relationship that friends and colleagues envy whenever they see us together, we were unbreakable bonds and trust was our foundation. We built trust for each other even to a point of trusting ourselves in a conversation with our opposite sex's and friends even strangers. Imagine trusting your partner even when they go to see their opposite genders?

I can be having a conversation with an unknown and strange girl but my girlfriend gets no much of a nerve over it because she trusted me so much and i always get jealous whenever guys tend to come around her too much. But im the end we sit down to discuss about some of the guys that always try to ask her out on a date and we crack jokes with those events and laugh because we knew we were never going to trade our relationship and love for anything in the world. This love was more intense than that of the famous romeo and juliet.

You needed to see how we always planned life ahead of us even despite being quiet very young of age.
Another intense part of this relationship was that we both had a lot of people that we refused dating even before meeting up with ourselves and this fact brought about jealousy amongst our peer group.
Obsession became a bond to us as we were too obsessed over ourselves, we never took a single day off conversations to a point that we decided to give ourselves a 24hrs break because we were too glued to each other but unfortunately still, we couldn't give ourselves this break, we were inseparable. My first relationship is one i would never forget in my whole life actually. But now what happened in the end? This is the main focus of my writing.

Sometimes life doesn't go the way planned it to be, some things we desire just dont work out for certain reasons best known to God, nature and life.

We never saw it coming until it coming until when we finally got admissions into different universities. This was the point were we understood how life really was. It was like the end of the world for us. How do we handle this situation? We definitely can't forfeit our admissions for this sake because of our parents. It was the most bitter pill to ever swallow but we still took it and we went separate ways for the sake of school.

This of course lead to the end of these love birds and to further break the whole story, her parents and relatives relocated to a new state in the country and her phone got spoilt somewhere while she was in school.
This was how i lost the very one which i trusted so much for more than two years.

I then see the reasons why people say love is scam and last last everybody gets heart breaks, this is because the amount of trust and energy they already applied to their first relationship got ruined and it is very discouraging to go through this process again and still get heart broken.

How will you continue to love when the one you loved the most was no longer there to love you? How would you trust when the person you trusted the most no longer exists around you? Heart break is a disease and very hard to cure in a long time. I also learnt that no matter the number of persons we end up dating in our lives, the very first genuine one would never het off our memories. My first love experience always brings me back to this master piece by Whitney Houston that says i will always love you: yes, i would always love that soul and really hope to venture into her again someday in this world 🥺.
