I loved this, a lovely jam on this fine Tuesday. I guess you all practice the pieces individually and then come together to play in unison?

Well, some people may have practised certain pieces, but we were just calling out tunes from a big selection. I have not been playing much jazz stuff lately and have to figure out what will work. We are all fairly musically experienced and so can 'wing it' to some extent. If we are going to do gigs then we need more intense practice and rehearsal.
Having fun doing so is the main thing.
