We went to the Gillman Fets!./ Nos fuimos para el Gillman Fets!. 🤘🎸🎹🎤🖤🎶

Hello to all the members of this music community! Today I want to share with you my experience in this national event here in my country, Venezuela. Although I don't support the government's thinking, I do support national talent! Because as many Venezuelans know, this event is sponsored by government entities.

But, anyway. We went to Gillman Fest! My family and I are getting ready to go this Saturday, November 25th to Parque los Caobos, where the 36th edition of the well-known Gillman Fest would take place! right in the acoustic shell of the National Orchestra System located right there in the park.

So we were ready for a rock-filled Saturday! where several national bands such as Gatillo, Core, Sorte, Kasino, Anorexia Isan and Gillman performed. But the most anticipated band of the night was Edu Falaschi! Without a doubt, it was a great and adrenaline-filled experience.

My brothers and I had the pleasure of taking some pictures with some members of the bands Gatillo, Core and Gillman's brother. We could have had a picture with Gillman but it wasn't possible :c

The worst thing of the afternoon was that a lady "fainted", but when she was attended by the paramedics after about half an hour it is presumed that she suffered a heart attack and died instantly. My brothers and I have the slight impression that this was possibly due to the vibrations produced by the sound.

But no more was heard from the lady after she was taken away and the event continued as if nothing had happened. My brothers, my mother and I saw everything that had happened as it had passed right next to us. We're still waiting to see if anything about it gets on the national news.

The rest of the event went by as if nothing had happened and more people were arriving at the place. We were able to see Edu Falachi play about 5 songs before we left, since the event would end very late and we had to leave in order to get transportation to get home. At least we were able to stay from 1pm, which was the start time of the event, until 10pm.

It was a fun experience despite everything and I'm happy to have been able to share it with my little family.

Hola a todos los miembros de esta comunidad musical! Quiero compartirles hoy mi experiencia en este evento nacional de aquí de mi país Venezuela. A pesar de que yo no apoyo el pensar del Gobierno, si apoyo al talento nacional! Porque como muchos Venezolanos saben que este evento lo patrocinan entidades del Gobierno.

Pero, en fin. Nos fuimos al Gillman Fest! Mi familia y yo nos preparamos para irnos este sábado 25 de noviembre al Parque los Caobos, donde se llevaría a cabo la edición número 36 del conocido Gillman Fest! justo en la concha acústica del Sistema Nacional de Orquesta ubicado ahí mismo en el parque.

Mis hermanos y yo tuvimos la dicha de tomarnos algunas fotografías con algunos integrantes de las bandas Gatillo, Core y con el hermano de Gillman. Nos hubiera podido tener una foto con Gillman pero no fue posible :c

Lo más randon de la tarde fue que una señora “se desmayó”, pero cuando fue atendida por los paramédicos después de media hora aproximadamente se presume que sufrió un infarto y murió al instante. Mis hermanos y yo tenemos la ligera impresión que esto fue posiblemente por las vibraciones que se producían por el sonido.

Pero no se supo más de la señora después de que se la llevaron y el evento continuo como si nada. Mis hermanos, mi madre y yo vimos todo lo ocurrido ya que había pasado justo cerca de nosotros. Aun seguimos esperando a ver si sale algo sobre eso en las noticias nacionales.

Del resto el evento transcurrió como si nada y más gente fue llegando hacia el lugar. Nosotros pudimos ver a Edu Falachi tocar unas 5 canciones antes de irnos, ya que el evento terminaría muy tarde y nosotros debíamos irnos para poder conseguir transporte para poder llegar a casa. Al menos pudimos estar desde la 1pm que fue la hora del inicio del evento hasta las 10 pm.

Fue una experiencia divertida a pesar de todo y estoy feliz de poder haberla compartido junto a mi pequeña familia.
