Do you know what it says on the sign above your heads, at the first picture?

My ancient Greek are a bit rusty but I was surprised to see them on the wall of a foreign school :)

I hoped you would see the Greek letters and help me with the translation, as I don't know ๐Ÿ˜…

The photo was taken in the language classroom of Latin and Greek. We shared these classrooms with the classes from another high school (actually, we used some of their classrooms as our school didn't have enough space although we learned English and Italian. It was the school right next to ours, so getting from one lesson to another was a matter of a minute or less.)

I am not sure but it should mean something like "bringing owls in Athens". And since Athens was full of owls, it is an expression used for someone that is trying to present as new, something already known. I may be wrong though, I hated ancient Greek :)
