At last, a boost for my points rather than a refund.
I wish I knew what the magic formula was so I could stop being refunded when I try to boost my posts
Ecency is very low in VP when Hive is down. So curators are very very selective these days

From what I can tell in all of my attempts, there is a minimum of 200 points needed to boost
