A "Fathers Day Tribute"
My Father died on April 10th 1974. We had been in an auto accident where he was severely injured, and died 10 days later.
The whole time he was in ICU, he was on a ventilator yet desperately tried to communicate with us, especially me.
That is me on the right
You see, I had been driving our vehicle, and for many years I blamed myself for his death.
This song tears me apart every year

A lot of time and many bottles of liquor have passed, and now I am at peace with my daddy, but still

At last, a boost for my points rather than a refund.
I wish I knew what the magic formula was so I could stop being refunded when I try to boost my posts
Ecency is very low in VP when Hive is down. So curators are very very selective these days
Maybe try 150 points for the next times, this increaeses your chance for a boost confirmed
From what I can tell in all of my attempts, there is a minimum of 200 points needed to boost
No, the minimum always was 150
So sorry for your loss. In this way, people who go away from the world are very sad, and people start to worry a lot. It has been five years since my mother also passed away from diabetes. Even today, whenever I remember him, tears come to my eyes.
I am the youngest of 10 children. I always knew I would (statistically speaking) outlive all the others.
Daddy died in 1974
Mama died in 2002
My brother Robbie in 2003
My sister Bobbie around the same time.
My sister Sylvia just died this past November.
Right now, my Eldest sister is waiting at home to die, hoping she makes it to this coming Oct 9th when she will be 90
The next one down is sliding into dementia, she will be 90 in one year.
It is hell watching everyone die

I think we never get used to the absence of the beings we have loved. The important thing is that one day we will see them again. Beautiful song and beautiful photos. Thanks for sharing @jerrytsuseer
Thank you for the comment @sirenahippie , it is odd but appreciated finding you here on a non foodie post, which makes it even more valuable to me, thank you again. I am happy you liked my video
