No, I mentioned both the writer and producer of the anthem. Thank you again for confirming.
This reference was related to a version composed by vital sings only. While some sources may mention Nisar Nasik as the writer of "Dil Dil Pakistan," the generally accepted and widely recognized information attributes the song to Anwar Maqsood.
It can be the reason, we both are confused about the writer. I have read Nasir Nasik hence I confirmed and mentioned.
