I and music both were in full passion hence it is loudest. Are you sure, it was late Junaid Jamshed? This song writer is Nisar Nasik.

This reference was related to a version composed by vital sings only. While some sources may mention Nisar Nasik as the writer of "Dil Dil Pakistan," the generally accepted and widely recognized information attributes the song to Anwar Maqsood.
It can be the reason, we both are confused about the writer. I have read Nasir Nasik hence I confirmed and mentioned.
