What I appreciate the most is countries singing in their own languages. There have been too many years of countries opting to sing in English, and it just really defeats the point of Eurovision and multiculturalism. So I'm glad to see native languages coming back.

Well it depends… germany singer is singing in english lol , sweden also! But yeah there are some singing in their original languages! It is a pitty I liked also portugal entry but they didn’t get to the final it sounds those old folcloric songs.
I need to go check them out. I always pay good attention to Turkey. But I haven't listened to any yet.
The two you posted were great, like you said one brought crazy technique and control, and the other brought the dark (yet playful) metal (represent 🤘).
