The part is specific, so I think elements to focus on are dynamic contrast and groove. \r\nThe main riff/part can get old real real fast if the tempo drags or if it's not hypnotic.\r\n\r\nNotice in the video I try to use the back part of the string and my right hand goes out of frame. \r\nThis is to achive a twangy and tight sound. It sounds cool. \r\nThe dudes from the 70's loved it and I love them.\r\nMy finger tips hate us all when I play on the back too long. I'm glad it's one of the last songs. I'm glad this bass has been made easy to play. \r\n

\r\n\r\nBy the way, the name of this band is Jazz Derelicts. They/we are for hire and accept crypto. :)\r\nAnyway, they like to end with a song called \"*Begininings*\". \r\nI think that functionally that's a good choice. The songs has a long note for the ending and it get more and more epic as the song ends. \r\nThis creates an opportunity for a long grandiose fermata ending that ever last song needs. \r\n\r\n
