We started with a joropo called Gavil\u00e1n Tucuyano, where I played the maracas (my first performance on this instrument), followed by a song by Luis Miguel called Sabor a Mi.\r\n>El evento comenz\u00f3 a las 8:00 p.m con nuestra participaci\u00f3n de apertura, iniciamos con un joropo llamado el Gavil\u00e1n Tucuyano, en d\u00f3nde yo toque las maracas ( mi primera presentaci\u00f3n en este instrumento) seguida de una canci\u00f3n de Luis Miguel llamada Sabor a Mi.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In the world of music it is quite unusual to see this type of groups with a recorder, mostly the transverse flute, the clarinet, the trumpet or some brass instrument are used but not the recorder and this is because since it doesn't reach many octaves and doesn't have more ranges or timbres, its use is limited to chamber performances or places with excellent acoustics.\r\n>Mayormente en todo el show toque flauta dulce y una que otras veces las maracas ( aunque inicialmente no las iba a tocar de tanto cambios que se hicieron las termine tocando \ud83d\ude05\ud83d\ude05). En el mundo de la m\u00fasica es bastante inusual ver este tipo de agrupaciones con flauta dulce, mayormente se utiliza la flauta Traversa , el clarinete, la trompeta o alg\u00fan instrumento de viento metal pero no la flauta dulce y esto se debe a que como no llega a muchas octavas y no posee m\u00e1s rangos ni timbres su uso se limita a presentaciones de c\u00e1mara o sitios con excelente ac\u00fastica.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n![IMG-20250317-WA0083.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/uri07/23x15DfPufgvHwnCH7e9yTUzuzezz4pXP32UjpnZVHUbvnkZXk4cEXKAWMmMbcs9zXyzp.jpg)\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n![IMG_20240504_190732_807.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/uri07/23z6zwcPpQZ4tuoW95yN9fY9F41mTKNYkT9ny4dvLMzK6SJi4NxN42qNzmjBbnkJ2ux84.jpg)\r\n\r\n\r\nI feel very happy to play my main instrument despite the stereotypes that it has, this way little by little people are educated and later musicians of this instrument are encouraged to participate in shows with the recorder. It is my first time playing in events like this and the best satisfaction was that the public loved our show, there were songs like \"Piel Cabela\" where the audience applauded to the beat of the music or in \"Por alguien como t\u00fa\" literally at the intro of the song more than one began to scream with emotion while they sang the lyrics and so on in all the others. In the final song (it was also a joropo, well a Periquera) people began to applaud accompanying the rhythm, we had a quite positive acceptance \u263a\ufe0f\u263a\ufe0f.\r\n>Me siento muy feliz por tocar con mi instrumento principal a pesar de los estereotipos que este tiene, as\u00ed poco a poco se educan a las personas y m\u00e1s adelante m\u00fasicos de este instrumento se animen a participar en show con flauta dulce. Es mi primera vez tocando en eventos as\u00ed y la mejor satisfacci\u00f3n fue que al p\u00fablico les encant\u00f3 nuestro show, hubieron canciones como \" Piel cabela\" d\u00f3nde el p\u00fablico aplaud\u00eda al comp\u00e1s de la m\u00fasica o en \" Por alguien como t\u00fa\" literalmente al hacer el intro de la canci\u00f3n mas de uno empez\u00f3 a gritar de emoci\u00f3n mientras coreaban la letra y as\u00ed sucesivamente en todas las dem\u00e1s.
