Hello Hive and Hive Open Mic family, it is a pleasure to be with you once again on a topic that I like because it reflects the best process that we humans can go through when we discover the path of self-love... Healing!!!\r\n\r\nWe all heal at different rates, some quickly, others take longer, but the fact is that when we face traumatic or very stressful situations, we begin to experience loving ourselves when we hit rock bottom; then, we set parameters within that spectrum of love that will later redefine our self-esteem, self-image, self-concept, and self-knowledge. When these parameters are well identified and put into action, we progressively achieve self-realization, which consists of a state of fulfillment in all areas of our lives.\r\n\r\nWe heal when we understand respect, we heal when we understand rejection, we heal when we understand aggression, we heal when we understand sadness and the origin of our problems, because at that very moment, we enlighten our consciousness and ascend to the next level of wisdom that goes hand in hand with the humility with which we assimilate, process, and transform that which harms us, that which robs us of vital energy and that which nullifies us.\r\n\r\nThe song I bring you is called \u201cLet's Go\u201d and belongs to the third studio album by Scottish DJ Calvin Harris, released in 2012, which features the vocals of R&B singer Ne-Yo. I chose this song because when we heal, we feel happy and eager to take on the world, just like the lyrics of the song. Hola familia de Hive y del Hive Open Mic, es un placer estar con ustedes una vez m\u00e1s en una tem\u00e1tica que me gusta porque refleja el mejor proceso por el cual podemos pasar los seres humanos cuando descubrimos la senda del amor propio... La Sanaci\u00f3n!!!

Todos sanamos a diferentes ritmos, algunos r\u00e1pido, otros se llevan m\u00e1s tiempo, pero el hecho es que cuando enfrentamos situaciones traum\u00e1ticas o muy estresantes, empezamos a vivir la experiencia de amarnos cuando tocamos fondo; luego, ponemos par\u00e1metros dentro de ese espectro de amor que posteriormente van a redefinir nuestro autoestima, autoimagen, autoconcepto y autoconocimiento. Cuando estos par\u00e1metros son bien identificados y se ponen en acci\u00f3n, conquistamos progresivamente la autorrealizaci\u00f3n, la cual consiste en un estado de plenitud en todas las \u00e1reas de nuestras vidas.

Sanamos cuando entendemos el respeto, sanamos cuando entendemos el rechazo, sanamos cuando entendemos la agresi\u00f3n, sanamos cuando entendemos la tristeza y la g\u00e9nesis de nuestros males, porque justamente en ese momento, iluminamos nuestra consciencia y subimos al siguiente nivel de sabidur\u00eda que va de la mano con la humildad con la que asimilamos, procesamos y transformamos aquello que nos da\u00f1a, aquello que nos resta energ\u00eda vital y aquello que nos anula.

La canci\u00f3n que les traigo se llama \"Let's Go\" y pertenece al 3er \u00e1lbum de estudio del DJ escoc\u00e9s Calvin Harris, lanzado en el a\u00f1o 2012 y la cual cuenta con la participaci\u00f3n en las voces del cantante de R&B Ne-Yo. Eleg\u00ed esta canci\u00f3n porque cuando sanamos nos sentimos felices y con ganas de comernos el mundo al igual que la letra de la canci\u00f3n.
