Ripples of the Temporary
there is no space
vast enough
to contain your thought
no amount of thought
can fill your mind
only you know
in the moment
of discovery
feed the space
seed a pasture
tall grass plains
flowering prairies
dissolve
rice paper
parapets
the scars
of suffering
with mirth
land is given
to spring inundation
stone dissolved
silt and firn
slowly descend
to soil
the lifeless is reborn
coronated with fertility
hear the south-westerlies symphony
dance to the morning chorus
play upon the ripples
of the temporary
Woke up to find the world had been dusted with ice; a snow that after weeks of rain, few could find offence in. It was crisp, slightly above zero, fine weather for a walk and certainly not too cold for shutterbugs like me.
The daffodils were little phased by their surprise ice bath, but it was about all the primulas could take. But don't they look dramatic, withered and wrinkled, decked out in temporary diamonds. Ladies ... I say. Every provocateur knows we must suffer for tour art but do it splendidly.

Are those snow good for the flowers? Or it will the flowers rotten?
The snow is hard on the flowers, but they will probably recover.

Everything is temporary but the happiness we get from them lasts forever.
Those little pin and yellow blooms are exactly how I feel when I come back to Michigan now! Why did it take me 57 years to get out of this cold mess?!?
You liked the seasons:)
Yes true indeed. Its just as I grow older, I prefer my seasons to be a bit more mild and as snow free as possible 😄
I just my winter very short ... lol:)
