So today we are picking tunes from a couple that broke through commercially.

Ashlee picked songs from the Offspring’s 1994 & 1996 records. Both which had mainstream success.

Gene went with Green Day but since we have picked songs off 1994’s Dookie a lot he instead goes with a song from the follow up and album after that (1998’s Nimrod).

Tough decision today.. I like both bands.. I like both first songs.. I cannot seem to pick a winner between the 2 of you.. and it's not fair to give the point to The 80s... hmmm.

The tunes are all great and a joy to listen to. I enjoyed them though I'm not a fan of that style of music. Thanks for sharing them and have a great day.
