Hey Troublemakers 💛
We hope you’ve all had a gentle, grounding start to the year. After a short pause to breathe, reorganize, and stare at many, many calendars, the signal finally went up:
We’re back on the road.
And today, as week one slowly draws to a close, it already feels like we’ve stepped into a new chapter.
This journey began in Düsseldorf, where we reunited with two very dear friends, Marsha & Sebas. If their names ring a bell, it’s because they officially boarded the Trouble Train after we played their winter solstice wedding over a year ago. Since then, they’ve become quiet architects behind the scenes, helping us sharpen our thinking, ask better questions, and make braver, smarter decisions as we shape what comes next. Long talks, strong coffee & tea, big ideas.
From there, we stepped early into the magical kingdom of Elfia.
Because this year, something is different.
As hosts of our very own Bard’s Theatre stage, we were invited to visit the new Elfia grounds ahead of time. We walked the paths, stood where the stage will rise, traced imaginary sightlines, and pre-planned how stories will unfold in that space.
We continued on to Belgium, where creation truly took over. Thanks to our dear friend Yoda, we were able to test one of our newest and boldest program ideas. What started as a thought experiment quickly turned into something alive.
It began with the question: What if Dungeons & Dragons came to life… on stage?
Not on a screen.
Not around a table.
But right there, with breath, sweat, live music, smoke in the air, and a crowd holding its breath.
That’s what we’ve been building this past week.
Between business coaching sessions, long planning talks, and our time with the Elfia team, we finally stood inside the new castle where Bard’s Corner will live this May. And something clicked. So we locked ourselves into creation mode.
One Dungeon Master.
Three heroes.
And a GIANT twenty-sided die.
We’ve been shaping Bard D20 Improv, a live D&D Theatre experience where:
You play a hero.
An experienced Dungeon Master guides you through the adventure.
The audience votes on your choices.
And the die decides your fate.
We perform live music throughout the entire journey, reacting in real time to every twist, every victory, and every absolute disaster. No safety net. No script. Just story, chance, and collective imagination.
And because this is real life and not just fantasy, the week also included:
– filming in the castle of our friend Vincent
– long nights catching up with old friends
– celebrating the birthdays of people we love dearly
– and bravely battling some body pain and a stomach bug that tried very hard to TPK the band early 🫠
And now, as we write this, we’re excited for our first show tomorrow, hearts buzzing, instruments ready, stories itching to be told.

Hello everyone I hope you are all good and well today in this post is some of the evidence to prove my case
If you didn't know I've been getting downvoted for a long time on Hive
They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does
Everyone already knows I only post my own original content I have no need to steal anything from anyone
I've been labelled a lot of things on Hive 😂 by the biggest farmers scammers and downvoters
Actions speak louder than any words do especially when them words are coming from a compolsive liars
I will keep updating this post when I get time
