have started listening to, though I've known of her and her music for years and years. I do remember watching her KEXP performance (pictured to the right), and was into it, though the rest of her music just sort of got lost in the other choices out there. Fortunately, I've recently rectified this, and have had a lot of fun exploring her stuff. While she only has 5 albums total (a new one is out this year), there are a TON of singles and various other tunes, released on the internet in one form or another. Her last album, Miss Anthropocene, was released in 2020, and is where this track comes from. This is a really interesting song, with a very country vibe in some ways, but also a lot of electronic sounds, and pop influences, which make it sound like something entirely new. A lot of artists try 'country' style songs with their own sound, but it either winds up sounding like country or them, but this feels like something new really happened with the combination of elements.
