Music: A therapy 🎶
Hello, Hi , Namaste to all hive users reaching this post, hope doing great. So here today I am gonna share my thoughts about the topic Music : A therapy.
Music is a universal language that has the power to evoke emotions.
Everybody likes music, in my perspective. I think there are rare cases where someone might not enjoy music, but generally, everyone has their own unique taste. Personally, I love both singing and listening to music - it's therapeutic for me. Though I am not very well at singing but do enjoy doing it . I think many people do love both of them - it's possible that not all would be good at singing, but that doesn't stop them from enjoying singing and music. Whether it's belting out their favorite tunes in the shower or singing along to songs in the car, music brings people joy and fulfillment.
Listening to music can change your mood; it depends on the type of music you listen to. When I'm feeling sad, I prefer listening to low music, and when I'm happy, I listen to upbeat tunes. Even while doing chores like washing dishes, I often find myself lost in music and dance, sometimes forgetting about the task at hand.

I do think music doesn't have a language barriers because we can enjoy music with its tone , melody and rhythm,without understanding its language too .
Music also helps us reduce stress and anxiety by uplifting our mood. It relaxes us. Whenever I'm too stressed, I prefer listening to very soft music, which enhances my mood. I'm a total music lover, whether it comes to singing or listening. There's not a single day when I haven't listened to music, whether it's while working or making assignments ( not that important ones ).
*I prefer listening to music in all moods, but I sing whenever I'm in a good mood.
I use earphones, and when I realize I've been using them for a long time for listening music in a day , I put away my phone and earphones and start singing or doing other activities. This is because I've read that continuous use of earphones might damage hearing, and I'd rather be safe than sorry.
People of every age prefers musics , my grandfather is 83 years old . He do loves listening traditional music ( pahadi songs ) , he often plays music in the television and listen those keeping his eyes closed.
Music is a potent therapy which offers us numerous benefits whether its about mental , physical or emotional health.*
