Taking advantage of the other model by my side—my girlfriend, a lover of music and of romanticizing every moment—we embarked on a journey to do a photo session for her. It was something very spontaneous and inspiring, as if the universe was on our side that day.

We decided to visit one of her aunts, whom I didn’t know very well, but who, according to my girlfriend, had a spectacular view from her farm. She hadn’t visited that place in a long time. She told me that, back in those days, it was a deserted area—no trees, no grass, no vegetation at all. To enter, you had to cross a bridge, or rather, what they called a “bridge.” It was nothing more than a log with a few sticks tied together—quite precarious and far from safe.

Upon arriving, we encountered our first obstacle: that improvised bridge no longer existed. How would we get in now? The river was deep, and, honestly, I didn’t want to risk my photography equipment. Luckily, we found a gate with a fence, but it was on the other side of the farm. At that moment, our motivation to capture those unique photos was stronger than any inconvenience. So, off we went!

Finally, we arrived at the place—but we had forgotten something important. The farm was guarded by dogs, and there they were, watching us as if we were intruders. Big, imposing, ready to strike. Yet, we didn’t give up. We called my girlfriend’s aunt, the landowner, and with her help, we managed to calm the dogs and get them to back off.

What we found after crossing was astonishing. The place had changed completely. Now it was a green paradise, full of life, with a massive tree standing majestically at the center of the landscape. Everything was perfect. The air blew gently, creating melodies and sounds that wrapped around the environment. The wind, as if it were on our side, even helped me capture some incredible photos.

We had brought a guitar, and its presence in that magical space turned it into a natural soundtrack. Everything seemed to flow perfectly—the sound of the wind, the leaves moving in harmony, the improvised melodies that arose as we strummed the strings of the guitar. It was as if that place came to life—a space of freedom where sound became the protagonist, dominating every corner.

And that’s how this photo session was born—one I now call “Sound.”

Aprovechando a la otra modelo que tengo a mi lado, mi novia, amante de la música y de romantizar cada momento, emprendimos un viaje para realizarle una sesión de fotos. Fue algo muy espontáneo e inspirador, como si el universo estuviera de nuestro lado aquel día.

Decidimos visitar a una tía suya que yo no conocía mucho, pero que, según ella, tenía una vista espectacular en su finca. No visitaba ese lugar desde hace mucho tiempo. Según me contaba, en aquellos días era una zona desértica, sin árboles, sin hierba ni ningún tipo de vegetación alrededor. Entrar al lugar antes implicaba cruzar un puente o, mejor dicho, lo que llamaban “puente”. No era más que un tronco con unos palos atados, bastante precario y nada seguro.

Al llegar, nos topamos con nuestro primer obstáculo: aquel puente improvisado ya no existía. ¿Y ahora cómo entraríamos? El río estaba profundo y, sinceramente, no quería poner en riesgo mi equipo fotográfico. Por suerte, encontramos una puerta con una valla, pero estaba al otro lado de la finca. En ese momento, nuestra motivación por capturar esas fotos únicas fue más fuerte que cualquier inconveniente. ¡Así que a caminar se ha dicho!

Finalmente, llegamos al lugar, pero habíamos olvidado algo importante. La finca estaba custodiada por perros, y allí estaban, observándonos como si fuéramos intrusos. Eran grandes, imponentes, listos para el acecho. Sin embargo, no nos rendimos. Llamamos a la tía de mi novia, dueña del terreno, y con su ayuda logramos que los perros se calmaran y se retiraran.

Lo que encontramos al cruzar fue sorprendente. El lugar había cambiado por completo. Ahora era un paraíso verde, lleno de vida, con un árbol enorme que se alzaba majestuoso en el centro del paisaje. Todo era perfecto. El aire soplaba suavemente, creando melodías y sonidos que envolvían el ambiente. El viento, como si estuviera de nuestro lado, incluso me ayudó a capturar algunas fotos increíbles.

Habíamos llevado una guitarra, y su presencia en aquel espacio mágico lo convirtió en una banda sonora natural. Todo parecía fluir a la perfección: el sonido del viento, las hojas moviéndose al compás del aire, las melodías improvisadas que surgían al tocar las cuerdas de la guitarra. Era como si aquel lugar cobrara vida, un espacio de libertad donde el sonido se convertía en el protagonista y dominaba cada rincón.

Y así nació esta sesión de fotos que ahora llamo "sonido"
