How’s your week going? Over here, we’ve switched to daylight saving time. The heat is starting to set in, and the days are clearly longer and brighter.
As usual, I’m bringing you another birthday celebrant—and someone with a wealth of life experience.
I’m talking about Al Nichol, who is celebrating a very special milestone today. He’s turning 80! What a wonderful age, don’t you think? Born in North Carolina, the musician and founder of one of the most iconic bands of the 1960s, known as “The Turtles”; it was precisely with this group that he stood out and gained fame.
Today, I’m going to share three of his biggest hits here, which are perfect for celebrating the big, hot summer days ahead!

Falo de Al Nichol, que hoje completa uma data bem redonda. Comemora os seus 80 anos de vida! Que bela idade, não acham? Nascido na Carolina do Norte, o músico e fundador de uma das bandas mais icônicas dos anos 60, conhecida pelos "The Turtles"; tendo sido exatamente com esse grupo que se destacou e que lhe deu notoriedade.
Hoje, vou aqui partilhar três dos seus maiores êxitos, e que devem ser ouvidos para celebrar os dias grandes e quentes de verão que se aproximam!
