Wie geht es euch?
Leider geht es mir gesundheitlich gerade wieder sehr schlecht. Letzte Woche hatte ich einen Hörsturz („idiopathischer Hörverlust“). Ich musste und muss aktuell hoch dosiertes Cortison nehmen. Ich hoffe sehr, dass sich alles wieder normalisiert.
Im Moment kann ich noch nicht normal hören, habe starke Kopfschmerzen und sehe auch nicht richtig. Die Nebenwirkungen vom Cortison sind ebenfalls deutlich spürbar… Und als Musikerin wäre ein langfristiger Hörverlust wirklich eine Katastrophe. Ich hoffe so sehr, dass sich alles wieder vollständig erholt.
Ich habe jetzt eine ganze Woche nur gelegen und mich ausgeruht – und muss das auch weiterhin tun, damit sich mein Körper hoffentlich erholen kann.
So etwas bekommt man oft durch zu viel Stress über einen längeren Zeitraum. Es ist definitiv ein Warnsignal, das ich sehr ernst nehmen muss – sonst wird das nächste Problem vermutlich noch schlimmer.

How are you?
Again, my health is terrible. Last week I had an "idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss". I had and still have to take high doses of cortisone. So I hope everything will get back to normal again. Right now, I still can´t hear normal, I have alot of headache and can´t see right. The side effects from the cortisone also kick in... And as a musician, I long term hearing loss would suck hard... I really so much hope it gets back to normal again. I was just laying around relaxing for a full week now. And I need to continue doing this, so it can hopefully recover.
You normally get this from too much stress over a long time. It is a wake-up call and I need to take it very serious, or the next one will be a much worse thing.
Please be so kind and keep all your fingers crossed for me... Thank you. ❤️
