Recomendación musical: tres canciones muy emotivas. 🎶 [ESP/ENG]

Hola amigos de la comunidad de Música, como siempre es maravilloso poder compartir una de mis tantas pasiones como lo es disfrutar de buena música, sin importar el género o idioma. Hace poco tuve tres grandes descubrimientos de canciones que tienen letras humanas, de esas que te hacen sentir que estás escuchando una historia similar a lo que vives o a lo que viviste. Soy muy de canciones de letras que tienen sentimiento y tal vez, algo de nostalgia y de empatía hacia las emociones del ser humano y es por eso que hoy quiero recomendarles tres canciones que me han gustado mucho y que encontré recientemente por casualidad.

Hello, friends of the Music community. As always, it is wonderful to be able to share one of my many passions, which is enjoying good music, regardless of genre or language. I recently made three great discoveries of songs with human lyrics, the kind that make you feel like you're listening to a story similar to what you're going through or what you've been through. I'm very fond of songs with lyrics that have feeling and perhaps a touch of nostalgia and empathy for human emotions, which is why today I want to recommend three songs that I really liked and that I recently came across by chance.

Entre las canciones que me gustan están aquellas que con solo escucharlas sabes que el cantautor está expresando relatos de su propia vida, de manera tan genuina que llegas a sentir la tristeza en su voz y la manera en que la música es su forma de liberación, de dejar salir todas esas emociones que algunas veces no queremos enfrentar y que nos llegan al corazón. Beret es uno de mis cantantes españoles favoritos, lo descubrí como en el año 2017 y recuerdo que pensé: Wow, que vozarrón y que agallas para cantar temas tan personales con tanta emoción. Beret tiene muchos temas que hablan sobre la vida, el desamor, la tristeza, la resiliencia, pero en el tema que les comparto hoy llamado Tata realmente sentí un nudo en la garganta, sobre todo porque es una canción muy personal, que el mismo le escribió a su hermana quién ya falleció y es una forma muy bonita y sentida de recordarla y de dejar en una canción el amor que llegó a sentir por su hermana, al igual que el que podemos sentir por cualquier ser querido que ya no esta.

Among the songs I like are those where, just by listening to them, you know that the singer-songwriter is expressing stories from their own life, in such a genuine way that you can feel the sadness in their voice and how music is their form of release, of letting out all those emotions that we sometimes don't want to face and that touch our hearts. Beret is one of my favourite Spanish singers. I discovered him in 2017 and I remember thinking: Wow, what a voice and what guts to sing such personal songs with so much emotion. Beret has many songs that talk about life, heartbreak, sadness, resilience, but in the song I'm sharing with you today, called Tata, I really felt a lump in my throat, especially because it's a very personal song that he wrote for his sister who has passed away. It's a very beautiful and heartfelt way to remember her and to express in a song the love he felt for his sister, just like the love we can feel for any loved one who is no longer with us.

Ela Taubert tiene poco tiempo de haberse colado entre mis canciones y es una joven que tiene mucho potencial tanto para el canto como también para componer sus propias canciones. Después de escuchar una canción que se volvió famosa al tener una colaboración con Joe Jonas y que me gustara tanto, busque más canciones de ella y encontré Crecer. Ya con el título de la canción pueden darse una idea de que trata, pero es más que todo sobre ella misma reflexionando sobre lo difícil que es crecer y todo lo que conlleva dejar atrás a la niña que fuiste, a la adolescente, y enfrentarte al mundo siendo adulta. Es una canción muy bonita aunque algo triste, pero de igual manera se siente muy especial escucharla y ver que no eres el único que por momentos anhela volver al pasado solo para recordar aquellos tiempos donde no había mayor preocupación que ser feliz. Ella tiene una voz que es muy suave y hermosa, con la que te hace sentir profundamente sus letras.

Ela Taubert has recently found her way into my playlist, and she is a young woman with great potential both as a singer and as a songwriter. After listening to a song that became famous thanks to a collaboration with Joe Jonas and that I liked so much, I looked for more songs by her and found Crecer. The title of the song gives you an idea of what it's about, but it's mostly about her reflecting on how difficult it is to grow up and everything that comes with leaving behind the girl you were, the teenager, and facing the world as an adult. It's a very beautiful song, although somewhat sad, but it still feels very special to listen to it and realise that you're not the only one who sometimes longs to return to the past just to remember those times when there was no greater concern than being happy. She has a very soft and beautiful voice, which makes you feel her lyrics deeply.

En la plataforma de TikTok se puede encontrar miles de videos con música, desde cantantes famosos hasta pequeños cantantes emergentes. Estando un día en la aplicación me salió un vídeo y me gusto parte de la canción ya que tenía la reacción de las amigas de la cantante Olga Lucía Vives, quienes estaban muy conmovidas al escuchar por primera vez la canción Para mis papás. Esta canción es un relato de una hija que está agradecida con sus padres por estar y por acompañarla en todo momento, pero destaca que tiene miedo de perderlos y que la muerte pueda separarlos físicamente. Es una canción que sin duda te hace llorar porque nos recuerda que nada en la vida es para siempre y que mientras vamos creciendo nuestros padres van envejeciendo, y darse cuenta de esto causa temor y tristeza por imaginarse una vida en la que ellos ya no estén.

On the TikTok platform, you can find thousands of videos with music, from famous singers to small emerging singers. One day, while I was on the app, a video popped up and I liked part of the song because it showed the reaction of the friends of the singer Olga Lucía Vives, who were very moved when they heard the song Para mis papás (For my parents) for the first time. This song is a story of a daughter who is grateful to her parents for being there and accompanying her at all times, but she emphasises that she is afraid of losing them and that death could separate them physically. It is a song that undoubtedly makes you cry because it reminds us that nothing in life is forever and that as we grow up, our parents grow older, and realising this causes fear and sadness at the thought of a life without them.

Realmente todas estas canciones son bastante emotivas, muy emocionales y que muestran diferentes realidades. Me gustaron y aunque me causaron al principio un poco de tristeza, siento que disfruto de poder conectar con cada una de ellas de diferentes maneras. Espero puedan escucharlas con atención y que también puedan buscar más canciones de estos artistas que tienen un repertorio increíble. 🩵

All of these songs are really quite moving, very emotional, and show different realities. I liked them, and although they made me a little sad at first, I feel like I enjoy being able to connect with each of them in different ways.
