Hay momentos que las palabras no me alcanzan para decir lo que siento, el sábado nueve de mayo fue un día de muchas emociones, pude experimentar un rato de gran gozo. Fue día bien tranquilo, desde la mañana estuve arreglando todo para ir al concierto de una de las artistas más querida y recordada con mucha alegría en mis tiempos de juventud.

There are times when words fail me to express what I feel. Saturday, May 9th, was a day filled with emotions; I experienced a moment of great joy. It was a very peaceful day. From the morning, I was getting everything ready to go to the concert of one of the most beloved and fondly remembered artists from my youth.

En muchas ocasiones he podido compartir mis experiencias por esta plataforma he sido una dama muy solitaria, pero la música de esta señora me hizo poder salir de mis momentos de aislamiento, poder bailar, disfrutar de cada letra de sus canciones me hicieron entretener de momentos inolvidables.

On many occasions I have been able to share my experiences through this platform. I have been a very lonely lady, but this lady's music allowed me to get out of my moments of isolation, to dance, to enjoy every lyric of her songs, they entertained me with unforgettable moments.

Para ese concierto invité a varias conocidas, pero no hubo manera que el presupuesto de su economía ayudara a cumplir el sueño de muchas. Mi hija me mandó la entrada, ella se encuentra en Chile, ese fue el regalo de su parte del día de las madres. También mi hija que se encuentra en nuestro bello país Venezuela pudo pagar mi traslado al lugar del evento.

I invited several friends to that concert, but their budgets simply wouldn't allow me to make their dream come true. My daughter sent me the ticket; she's in Chile. It was her Mother's Day gift. Another daughter, who lives in our beautiful country of Venezuela, was also able to pay for my transportation to the venue.

El lugar estuvo concurrido, lo más impresionante fue ver adultos mayores en sillas de ruedas, andaderas, bastones, fue algo conmovedor. Escuchar sus temas me hizo viajar en el tiempo, canciones muy sonadas en varias voces de amistades, amigos, vecinos y otros artistas. Muchas personas acompañaban las melodías de la canción Alfonsina y el mar, canción de Mercedes Sosa, desangrado son corazón, aunque no era de su repertorio nos complació, diciendo al final que fue un ensayo con nosotros, ojos malignos, caramba mi amor caramba cuyo autor es Otilio Galíndez, fue un momento de gran nostalgia, pero a la vez nuestra Soledad Bravo le puso ese toque de humor que la caracteriza.

The place was crowded, and the most striking thing was seeing elderly people in wheelchairs, with walkers, and using canes—it was truly moving. Listening to their songs took me back in time, songs that were very popular, sung by many friends, neighbors, and other artists. Many people joined in on the melodies of "Alfonsina y el mar," a song by Mercedes Sosa, and "Desangrado son corazón," which, although not in their repertoire, they delighted us by saying at the end that it was a rehearsal with us. They also performed "Ojos Malignos" and "Caramba mi amor caramba," written by Otilio Galíndez, which was a very nostalgic moment, but at the same time, our Soledad Bravo added her characteristic touch of humor.

Todo el lugar era digno de ella, con esa personalidad tan sencilla, cercana, muy humana, el escenario acorde con el momento, su vestuario y maquillaje que irradiaba esa naturalidad de ella. En el lugar pude observar muchas camisas hawaiana, bléiser, chaquetas de blue jeans, también observé las ganas de bailar de muchos cuando entonó desangrado son corazón. Yo quería estar en primera fila el costo era de 30 euros, pero fueron pasando los días y quedé en la silla número 182, pero era un buen lugar, me sentí tan plena que al día siguiente estaba muy tranquila esperando a mis hijos llena de mucha satisfacción y agradecimiento.

The entire venue was fitting for her, with her simple, approachable, and very human personality. The stage was perfectly suited to the moment, and her wardrobe and makeup radiated her natural charm. I saw many Hawaiian shirts, blazers, and denim jackets, and I also noticed how eager many people were to dance when she sang "Desangrado Son Corazón." I wanted to be in the front row; the ticket cost 30 euros, but as the days went by, I ended up in seat number 182. It was a good spot, though. I felt so fulfilled that the next day I was very calm, waiting for my children, filled with satisfaction and gratitude.

La amabilidad de los promotores era de alto nivel, subían y bajaban a los adultos mayores que tenían alguna condición con mucho agrado, hicieron un gran trabajo. Llegó la hora de despedirnos, pero los visitantes querían más. El repertorio fue bien extenso, nos deleitaron con veinte canciones o más, entre cuentos e historias nuestra querida Soledad nos iba relatando esas letras poéticas de canciones inolvidables. La canción del Elegido hizo suspirar y llorar a algunos, es tan vigente esa letra.

The promoters were incredibly kind, helping the elderly with disabilities up and down the stairs with great care. They did a wonderful job. It was time to say goodbye, but the visitors wanted more. The repertoire was extensive; they delighted us with twenty or more songs. Interspersed with stories and anecdotes, our dear Soledad recited the poetic lyrics of unforgettable songs. The song "El Elegido" (The Chosen One) moved some to sigh and tears; those lyrics are so relevant today.

Seguimos esperando a otros artistas para disfrutar de estos espacios y momentos de distracción. Siempre es bueno poder recrearse en estos espacios para cuidar nuestra salud física y mental.

We continue to look forward to other artists joining us so we can enjoy these spaces and moments of relaxation. It's always good to be able to enjoy ourselves in these spaces to take care of our physical and mental health.
