Music runs through the veins of my family. It’s not just a passion, it’s part of my genealogy, and I’ve been a true music lover for as long as I can remember. Singing brings me peace, joy, and a special connection to God and others.
“Goodness of God” is one of those songs that completely captured my heart from the very first time I heard it. Every time I play it, I find myself leaving it on repeat, not because I don’t know the lyrics, but because I want every word to sink deep into my soul. This song constantly reminds me of God’s grace, mercy, compassion, goodness, and unconditional love that surrounds us daily.
The lyrics reflect the truth of Scripture: “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end. They are new every morning; great is His faithfulness.”
This is the love of Jehovah Sabaoth. The Lord of Hosts, who remains faithful no matter what.
This song has greatly nourished my spirit, and I sincerely hope it brings comfort and encouragement to you as well.
