My Actifit Report Card: March 3 2024

I walk for health & enjoyment. As I get back to this activity, I would like to walk for a minimum of an hour each day & I'm shooting for 10,000 steps.

On This Walk......

Today’s walk was more about getting it done. I had a ful day ahead of me as I was hosting. Birthday celebration for my daughter.

The Music That Moves Me

Here's some of the music I listen to as I walk each day.
I will start with what's playing when I start, then what's playing about halfway through, & end with what brings me home.

On March 3rd.....i left at 7:47am with 'Girls Ain't Nothing But Trouble ' by DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince

About halfway through at 2784
Steps 'Get dancing' by 'Disco-Tex & His Sex-O-Letts was playing.

Finally I ended my walk with 5514 activity steps when I reached my front door at 8:37am, in exactly 50 minutes,

The song that bought me home was 'Girl In The Hood ' by 'Magen The Stallion '. This is an explicit song, so I'm not linking it here. This song brought me home but ended halfway up my driveway & 'Feel So Good ' by 'Mase' came on for my final steps.
