My Actifit Report Card: July 23 2025 - Strange Music Video
YouTube showed me a rather strange music video the other day. I'll drop it in here to see what you all may think about it.
The band is Big Girl, and the song is called quit ur job. I think we can relate to having a job that we don't like, and it may be because we're just not appreciated there. Or we don't like the co-workers or the boss or the things the job entails, or the distance to travel to it, or the low pay, or.... SOOO many reasons we may want to quit our job!
The video starts with a girl at work, not looking happy. It takes almost a minute for the music to start, which is a medium slow guitar riff. Now the video shows the girl in the process of quitting her job in a rather disruptive fashion! The drums kick in, the guitars get more raw, and others are quitting their job too.
From there on, mayhem ensues. Shirts come off, fights break out, property gets destroyed.
The lyrics are weird too. God told me to quit my job. I hate making minimum wage. That last line gets repeated over a scene of folks making out in an indoor windstorm.
I told you it was a strange music video!
This got 3K views in the week it has been up. The Big Girl is Kaitlin Pelkey, according to the closing credits. There are other videos by this band and I'll be checking them out.

Are You Here so You can Quit Ur Job?
I think some people reading this, and many who are in crypto but not reading this would love to make a killing on one or more of their beloved held cryptos so they can quit their job and be set for life. No more dealing with the BS of having a job.
This will happen for some of us, but not many. And even the ones getting rich from crypto find it brings other problems and doesn't solve your deepest most personal issues. So take the time to think about what you really really want in life. Hopefully it includes good relationships with some family members and friends, some time to help others, and some time to appreciate what you Do have, rather than constantly chasing what you Don't have.
My Activity
for today was mainly doing things for the people in my life.
At night I did get out for a walk and it was Not super Hot this time! I went a decent distance and scored over 8K steps.
