Apolo "Conjunctivitis" and My Actifit Report Card: November 16 2023

Hello my dear friends in the actifit community, how are we doing today? It's the 17th day in November and here is my report for November 16th.

Very early in the morning, I noticed that my eye was swollen and brought out water, hai 🤔 what was happening to me? I woke up and checked the time, it was around 3:29 a.m. so I went to the bathroom to wash my face. Lo and behold it was Conjunctivitis popularly known as Apolo. So I remember that the previous day, I was noticing some inching in my eye 👁️. I couldn't sleep till the break of the day and when I came outside, I noticed dew everywhere and it showed that Harmattan was around the corner.

I tried to write my report but my eyes couldn't allow me because I was not seeing clearly and I hardly looked at my phone screen light.

I went back to my room and sat on my bed restless 😔😔. A few minutes later, I picked up courage and managed to make my report. After that, I decided to go for my usual workout for the day. It was very uncomfortable but I continued.

After my workout exercises, I ate some food and went to bed.
At 3:30 p.m. I prepared and went to the Chapel for Thursday evening service. On my way, I took some photographs which comprised of the trees, dry branches, and the pretty Dogs that came to welcome me when I entered the compound where our Chapel 💒 is located.

After the service at 8:00 p.m. I went back home, ate my dinner, and slept because I couldn't do many things due to my eye.
