Oh my world.. It all started as an injury and then things escalated.

I recall sharing my picture of my hurt heel. It worsened that I hurriedly went to a nearest health center to be treated. I was injected and that was the beginning of my fever. How can one be feeling so cold on a very sunny day?

I came home feeling so feverish, body pains and headache that I could barely do anything. All I did was sleep, I lost appetite and I wished I could get back on my feet.

At that moment I realized that health is truly wealth. Too often we underrate the gift of good health. The ability to get up in the morning and stay active.

I had so many unfinished projects but there was nothing I could do. Too weak to draft, hurt heels to pedal a machine, head bangs to even calculate body's measurement so I took a break.

Turned off my phone for three days, avoided all social platforms and ensured I had enough rest while taking my medication and nurturing my injury.

Today, I woke feeling much more better than before so I decided to stay grateful for the healing process.
