The largest concern of mine is responsibility for the outcomes of any proposal. We should perceive DHF as an investment fund and allocate the resources in the most efficient manner. There have been many mishaps; and even some current funded proposals might be perceived as a waste of many.
Here’s a question: Would you consider refunding any portion of the funds if the keen goals are not reached? Given that the project is not tasked with any goals by the community – they are all set by the team and hence should be perfectly achievable – I believe such level of accountability would generate more support within the community.
Marketing is only good if it delivers the desired results ;)
Wouldn't it make more sense to come up with a long-term proposal rather than a three-months one only?
