My usual Sunday dinner: pizza, beer and YouTube zapping

Today I come back to you with another beer from Poretti brewery. It's a commercial and pretty popular beer in Italy. Let's say that if you want a cheap commercial beer, but a good one, Poretti is a good choice. A thing that I much appreciate from this label is their variety of beers. From standard ales, to amber and stronger ones, blanche and weiss style, IPAs and so on. The strong point with Poretti beer selection is their focus on the right combination of hops for every beer they produce.

Today I chose this doppio malto chiara, a double fermented beer with a selection of 5 different hops. Despite looking like a simple ale, this is stronger than a classic blonde beer, but it's also pretty easy to drink because the bitterness of hops is well balanced with a fruity and slightly sweet aroma. Even drinking the foam in this kind of beer is a pleasure and part of the experience.

This time I took a classic margherita pizza and added some onions and bell peppers on top. Pizza is a great dish to empty the fridge of leftovers.

As usual, YouTube is my casual tv watching experience. I was watching a video about the need of making music in this disrupted world. BAD OMENS - BAD DECISIONS

The music appointment for today is with Bad Omens. Bad Omens are a modern metal band that got a huge success in these last years, headlining many big festivals all around the world. They gained millions of followers, thanks to their skill on bringing strong heavy music into the mainstream in the right way. THE DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND is their most popular album I think, and it's been in my wishlist for quite some time now. I was listening to this song while writing the post and when I look for it on YT I found this featuring/remix of a lofi version of the song.
