Rising Star Game: Portrait of E291 Shannon & Game Progress
Hello friends!
How are you all? I hope you're doing well. Today Id like to share with you the portrait I drew of a Rising Star NFT and also give a little update on my game progress.
E291 Shannon
Shannon is an epic NFT card in the Rising Star Game. She has 450 fans, 250 skill, 10 luck, and 7 IM. Shes dressed all in green jacket, pants, and even her hair highlights! The caption of the card says: She really likes to stand out in a crowd.
I personally like this card because of her green style. If you're looking to boost your fan count in the game, Shannon is a good one to buy. I tried searching to see if theres any real-life artist or musician named Shannon connected to this card. I found this:
Shannon is an American singer known for her 1983 hit "Let the Music Play."

First, I drew the sketch of Shannon. Since the NFT image doesn't show her shoes clearly, I guessed and drew them myself.
I painted her hair in light brown. At first, the hair brush tool didnt give the look I wanted, so I had to draw the hair shadows and details by hand.
Then I painted the base colors for all parts her skin, green jacket, and trousers. After that, I added the shades and reflections to bring out the light and dark tones. I also added a background with lighting color and text to match the style.
I tried my best to make it close to the original, but also with my own touch.
Do you like this portrait?
If you have any suggestions, please let me know in the comments!
Rising Star Game Progress
Today, I mostly ran the Production Fair mission from the Custom Shop. When I didn't have enough Starbits to run it, I did other missions to collect more Starbits. Luckily, I got a Gold Panels crafting part from the Production Fair mission and you know gold parts are really rare!
I also did the daily achievement mission and received 12 Stardust points. Now I have a total of 528 Stardust.
I bought 10 packs with 200,000 Starbits, and received 30 NFT cards, including 10 rare cards. That was great! Normally, you get 10 rares from 10 packs, but if youre lucky, you might get an epic or even a legendary.
One thing has changed about buying packs. Before, we could use Starbits directly from Hive Engine to buy them. But now, you must deposit Starbits into the game first. Only then can you buy the packs. So dont forget to deposit before you try buying!
