Georgia featured in this Bassist Camera View and Big Band Concert
MORE: Fender Jazz bass Ultra 5 string for all these May 16 2025 concerts. It's not easy to play it, yet this is the place to practice with it.
“Georgia” is the name of this song.
Great guest vocalist here.
I know, there are suddenly a lot of bass videos. I’m glad to have enough content to schedule the videos. Most videos are single songs and some are two or three songs per video. It’s hard to tell who wants to let something payout while they chill versus a person that only wants 30 seconds. Anyway, comments on this topic are welcome. Compromise and balance would be a good goal. Videos are posted in near chronological order. Chronologically “first-in and first-out” vid posting order down to the order in which song appeared during the performances.

Georgia..
😎😉👍
I notice u play a 5 string bass.. there is also 4 string, right? is there also 6-string? I seen some fat necks sometimes.. :P
I play usually play a 4 string and actually the 5 string is kinda new for me.
Yes, there are 6 string basses.
Most electric bases were for string for a very long time. Five string and six string popularity seem to grow a lot in the late 80s.
do u play acoustic bass and cello also? :)
No. I purchased a double base for $300 once. It came from some punk rocker dude that had it in storage. I think animals were living inside of it. I don’t think it was set up well at all. It was incredibly difficult for me to play and I couldn’t even get through blues changes without ruining my hands. I used to think my struggle was because I’m not a big dude, but then I’ve seen petite little ladies burning through jazz songs on a stand-up base. I probably struggled because my technique deficiency and a wacky instrument. I recorded it and then sold it again for $300. 😎
I’m a fan of the acoustic bass, I stick to electric. There’s a whole world of electric Bass in there for me. It’s logistically 10 times easier for me.
Ahhhh ok. at least u tried.. 👊😉🤙🎶
Yeah, thanks. 👍✌️🤙 bru
