Not quite what I meant but you know what? It would be fun to have a go at recording something to your beat, if you made the audio recording available or let me grab it from YouTube? I can do that with Koala Sampler and then jam along to it on the piano or synth.

Yes guitar is very welcome. I do have a guitar of my own but seldom play it being more into synths and keyboard playing. A Hive band would be fantastic, I’m sure it can be done!

@ale.dri @harbiter it’s not possible to upload audio files to hive, so we shall need to think of another way to do it.

non è possibile caricare file audio su hive, quindi dovremo pensare a un altro modo per farlo.

These patterns are quite unusual, with fx and mixed. There are also some fills and maybe with a cut-and-sew job you can get a drafting...

I could do quite a lot with these, I reckon, might slay have a play with them in koala and loopy pro. I’ll do a post on the process, a video would do the job.

Great recordings by the way. I’ll share some stems via the drive folder, so other people could join in too

I did a quick share last night but scheduled the video to go out at 10am GMT, just so that I wasn’t over posting!! I laid down some chords and will have a go at some other ideas over time.

I’ll still do a chatty talk through one as soon as I get a chance.

Keep an eye out for that first video!

Then I started playing around with another idea this morning using one of the other grooves you sent over. The Logic Pro project you’ll see in a little while, analysed groove 3 as loading it into loopy pro it came to with 140 - loopy I think got it right. Let me know if that makes sense to you, maybe you will say it was 120!!!!??? 😛

That's cool. I find that a lot of drum videos are just a bit of showing off, but it should be about playing songs really. I have to imagine what the rest is like, but you have a few different parts in there. Interesting song structure that seems to have the chorus at the start and end.

Good to see that a little collaboration is coming out of this. I have done some with Hivers before. We can use the available tools elsewhere to share tracks.
