Just as a small reminder: the last 24 hours within Bro Bang Event 1 of Season 2 are ticking. And you really should participate, because actually the situation is almost* like: you can't lose!
*= I have to say "almost", because when 50 people would enter now, there would be not all 50 participants within the winning ranks. But to be realistic: try once as good as you can & it is very likely that you will more than you paid for the game.
Let me talk direct without any bla bla bla:
The rankings of Bro Bang aren't full and a few places which will win rewards are still unclaimed. So it is almost irrelevant if you just score 1 point (better click/score 10 points; everybody can do that!) - you will be in the rewarded rankings.
To participate in the CCD Event/Season you have to invest 100 CCD. For the LGN Event/Season it's 0.08 LGN. Compare that with the reward... It is almost impossible to not multiply your "investment". So ask yourself:
Why you don't head over to Bro Bang and score at least one point? It is like free reward waiting for you...

[@PowerPaul:] Yes, last 24 hours - at least within this event. But in the last season we saw some head-to-head races with very close points. So I recommend to don't give away season points (which you earn when you are in event rankings) easily.
I agree with your assumption - it is better to score a few more points to secure your ranking.

If I hit the zombie pin, how do I defeat the zombie? Is there a keyboard key to get away from the zombie? Last time, when I turned my back, they were too close, and I wasn’t sure if I hit them.
[@PowerPaul:] No, you can't run away... The best thing is: have two weapons in your hands and smash them... Every weapon has different damage. So the axe is a nice tool for that (but will damage the game machine more, too - you will discover what happens when the game machine gets to damaged...) or the metal hammer. The crowbar is good, too. All these tools are in the tool box right from the machine. (Can be tricky to grab them since 2 or 3 version updated. Just try several times...). In general I would recommend one short & one long "weapon"/hammer/tool - one left, one right. How they work (also in combination with W/A/S/D you can test on the puppet which is hanging from the roof...)
There is a specific range how far your weapons can interact.
