Hello friends, i’m @wealthwess and i’m excited to be here for this brand new week of our music competition. Mind you this is vibes web3 music competition week 34. This week i’ll be sharing a cover of a song by an artist i admired and respect a lot for his craft and he goes by the name Sam Smith and the title of the song Too Good at Goodbyes.

People that know Sam Smith can agreed with me that he’s a talented singer and songwriter and i respect him most for his soulful voice and emotional lyrics. His vocal range and ability to convey deep feelings make him stand out in my own perspective.

I can easily call Sam Smith a legend in the music industry not just for his vocals but he has won major awards to his name, including Grammy, Brit Awards, and so on. Now why i choose this song for this week is because of its raw emotion and simplicity.

Also, the lyrics were honest, as it captured the pain of letting go in a relationship, something i know most of us can relate with because the song feels personal, it’s just like a conversation, which makes it even more relatable as i said earlier.

Overall, this is a song i enjoyed even though it can be considered as an heartbreak song but the melody for me can’t make me stop liking the song more and here’s why i choose to present the song this week as my entry and i do hope you’ll enjoy my performance.

Hola amigos, soy @wealthwess y estoy emocionado de estar aquí en esta nueva semana de nuestro concurso musical. Les cuento que esta es la semana 34 del concurso musical Vibes Web3. Esta semana compartiré una versión de una canción de un artista que admiro y respeto mucho por su arte: Sam Smith, cuyo título es Demasiado buena en despedidas.

Quienes conocen a Sam Smith estarán de acuerdo conmigo en que es un cantante y compositor talentoso, y lo respeto especialmente por su voz conmovedora y sus letras emotivas. Su rango vocal y su capacidad para transmitir sentimientos profundos lo hacen destacar, desde mi punto de vista.

Puedo fácilmente llamar a Sam Smith una leyenda en la industria musical, no solo por su voz, sino también por haber ganado importantes premios, incluyendo Grammy, Brit Awards, etc.
La razón por la que elegí esta canción para esta semana es por su emoción pura y su simplicidad.

Además, la letra era honesta, ya que capturaba el dolor de dejar ir una relación, algo con lo que sé que la mayoría podemos identificarnos porque la canción es personal, es como una conversación, lo que la hace aún más cercana, como dije antes.

En general, disfruté de esta canción, aunque podría considerarse una canción de desamor, pero la melodía no me hace dejar de gustarme. Por eso la presenté esta semana como mi canción principal. Espero que disfruten de mi interpretación.
