VIBES WEEK 27 : Music & Writing (+Best first impressions!)

Music is life, i say. Music is for vibes, soul and body. Music is spiritual and yet casual to some. Music is beautiful and speaks to the soul.

For me, especially, music is therapy. It not only speaks to me but the right sings at the right time saves...... music can be many things to different Persons. A gathering without music most times, is bland and boring. This is my first post in the vibes community and so far, it can be said to be a community for music lovers both creators and non creators.

As i say for writing, music is for everyone. Everyone can write and everyone can sing (though you can write better than others and sing better than others through practice and/or talent). Writers and music creators share something in common. Infact, writers are also music creators and by digesting music, they get inspiration from other creators though inspiration can really come from anywhere.

I love music. It is something most people if not everybody who knows me, knows. Although i cannot say that i am a music critic, i must say that i have good music taste and good thing, i don't discriminate. I listen to hiphop, pop, country, trap, highlife and afrobeats music and while, i listen to mainly hiphop....i try to balance my music genres. Also, i think it's important to note that music tastes can differ and may even be subjective. what i find to be tasteful might not be to you but it does not dispute the fact that there are songs or music that can not even be said to distasteful.

That being said, there are voices in music that are rare and needed because they are unarguably beautiful and soulful but that does remove anything from the so called ordinary or not so talented voices. I believe that every voice matters, this does not mean that if your vocal capacity wont allow it, youll force it? But it is to encourage you to sing more, it must not be for commercial reasons. Music is art. Art is life (i like to think science instead, imitates life). With that being said, I'll like to share some of the songs and song covers i have listened on here in the @vibe community and the creators

Firstly, in no particular, i have @greyc as first on my list. Most likely because i love Latin music and theres just something about it. Also because her voice was soulful and i loved it so much. Here's a link to her video

Then, i also have @sweetboy22 who did an immaculate job. I loveed it. She sang a song i think to be a hard one to sing and she did it almost effortlessly. I loved her voice and the lyrics to the song too. Check out her post

And then, as the last but not the least on my list us last week's winner, @ellacentric i not only loved her voice but i also loved the song choice. Probably because personally, this is a song that kind of relates to me currently. Here is a link to her cover

Like i said early and as a disclaimer: i am not a professional critic and since this is my first post here, i only picked the best impressions i had. Maybe next time, you'll get some criticism? And maybe a cover from me and my husky voice. I would appreciate feedbacks, constructive criticism and the likes of it to help me know what the community needs from me.
