Greetings to all the users that make life in this precious community, for me it is a pleasure to be here again sharing music and listening to your talents. I want to congratulate the winners of week 12 who did an exceptional job, you inspire me to continue striving and improving day by day in the infinite development of music. What I share with you today is a cover of the song “Dreams” by the Irish band The Cranberries, this song is from the album “Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can't We?” which was released more than 30 years ago.
I think I could not describe in words what this band has generated in me from a musical point of view, Dolores O'Riordan is a reference for me and to this day I strongly regret her death, I think that today she would still be giving us good and inspiring music. Listening to songs by The Cranberries is practically a religion for me, they have an endless number of beautiful songs that resonate in my mind. There are many greatest hits that this band has and that speaks of their great legacy.
For me it was a challenge to record this cover, I did it with a lot of love and with many expectations regarding the result, but the most important thing is that I had fun in the process, without a doubt I feel that something grew in me from a positive point of view and I want to take advantage of that in the future.
