CineTv Contest: Book Of Life Review. (A must watch)

Hello, movie lovers, today we will be doing the community contest and we are to discuss music movies that we have watched that resonate with us. I am a lover of musical movies while growing up but there was one animated movie that got my attention so much, probably because of the morale that was passed through music, the art, or the storyline. I can really tell but I am happy to share this movie with you as my entry for the contest.
The Title of this animated movie is called "The Book Of Life"

Storyline:

"The Book of Life" is a vibrant and visually stunning animated film that tells the story of Manolo, a young Mexican boy who is torn between his family's expectations and his own desires. You see, Manolo wants to become a musician but everyone in his family has been a bullfighter. He has a strong passion for music and with his music, he was able to win the hearts of the most beautiful girl in the village.

This is where things got interesting, the god of the good realm and the god of the underworld had a bet on who would marry the girl, between Manolo or his friend 'Joaquín Mondragon' and that was when the storyline took a different turn.

The story is presented as a tale told by a museum curator to a group of rowdy school children, and it follows Manolo's journey as he navigates the Land of the Living, the Land of the Remembered, and the Land of the Forgotten.

The storyline is rich in Mexican folklore and culture, and it explores themes of love, family, and the power of remembrance. The film's use of mythology and fantasy elements adds depth and complexity to the narrative, making it a truly unique and captivating watch.

Music:

The music in "The Book of Life" is an absolute highlight of the film. The soundtrack features a lively and eclectic mix of traditional Mexican music, jazz, and pop, which perfectly complements the film's vibrant animation and energetic pacing.

The film's musical numbers are cleverly woven into the narrative, and they add an extra layer of emotional depth to the story. One of my favorite music in the movie is "The Apology Song"

this music was to tell the haunted bull whom his family has slayed for generations "Sorry" Everyone wanted him to kill the bull like his family does but he picked up his guitar to sing an apology song. We then have the hauntingly beautiful "I Love You Too Much", the music in "The Book of Life" is sure to leave you humming the tunes long after the credits roll. I sang this song so much because I was in love with a lady too then. If you want her to fall in love with you, play this song for her.

Rating:

I would give "The Book of Life" a solid 9 out of 10. The film's stunning animation, engaging storyline, and catchy music make it a must-watch for animation fans of all ages. The movie touches on family, redemption, love, and many more.
There are other amazing tracks in the movie too and I am sure you would love it.

Get inspired while you watch.
Thanks for reading.

Good soundtrack is what endears me to a movie the most. Once I see that the soundtrack is top-tier, I'm all for it. Loved this film to no ends. Nicely reviewed, Fash.
